Description:
While opening or saving a file to a synced Google drive folder a *.loc file was unable to be created. Le to other problems. Solved by going to Win 10 Ransomware filter and trusting LibreOffice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use Save or Save As

Solved

Expected Results:
Now working
