Description UltraBurstXD 2021-04-14 17:08:37 UTC
Description:
In LibreOffice 7.1.2.2, the cursor behaves strangely when selecting a text. When text is selected, instead of maintaining Text state style, the cursor flicks back to default state.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to select any text in Writer

Actual Results:
The cursor flicks and return to default

Expected Results:
It should stay in Text state whoever the cursor still is in document canvas area.

Reproducible: Always

In expected results, I meant: It should stay in Text state, whenever the cursor still is in document canvas area...
Comment 3 UltraBurstXD 2021-04-15 14:45:53 UTC
The bug appears to be prevalent only on Wayland display server.

Can you still reproduce with 7.3? There were many gtk3 fixes in the past year.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.

Not anymore. Seems fine now.
