Bug 2502 and 2503 appear while trying to install LibreOffice 7.1.2.2, installation is cancelled.

Thank you for reporting the bug.
Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem.
Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided

These are not LibreOffice bugs but Windows error messages probably related to insufficient permissions to install the software. Please check permissions (esp. on C:\Window\Temp). 

From my perspective not a LibreOffice bug

Should read: esp. on C:\Windows\Temp

Simple search on Internet would show what's written, this is not about LO. 
So this is invalid report.
