Screenshot of error

When attempting to access user interface from the "3 horizontal lines" box menu under the "X" of the application a blank dialog box appears. I have attached a secreenshot (I put a red circle around the button that got me to the user interface option)

On which distrib Linux are you and with which version?
Also, what env do you use? gnome, KDE, other?

Also, it seems you use a specific interface.
Could you apply this https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile and give a new try?

Can not confirm on Windows builds in Tabbed Notebook Bar mode, the 'User Interface...' dialog from the "Hamburger" opens fully.
