On Linux Fedora 34 with a GNOME Wayland desktop, the tooltips with the color name that appears when you hover above a color when you select a Color dropdown menu in the Properties sidebar are placed on a wrong location in the screen, far away from the area where the color can be selected.

At them moment of the screenshot the pointer is hovering above the purple colored small rectangle in the color selection area.

This issue looks indeed a duplicate of the gnome issue that is referenced in the See Also field of this bug. I leave it up to you whether to close this bug, or to leave it open for people experiencing the same issue, so that they can find this issue.

In the still-experimental gtk4 port I think I see that this issue gets resolved
