Description: Have followed advice on Ask Libreoffice. Solutions didn't work so reinstalled. Was able to open files If I opened app first but took a long time to load. Now it just crashes even in safe mode. Using Windows 10 which recently updated I have been using Libreoffice for years with no issues. Can I go back to a previous version as no problems before 7.12 and 7.13 Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to open any file created by Libreoffice 2. 3. Actual Results: Crashed Expected Results: Should have opened file Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: I should be able to open Libreoffice files in my folders. Now I cant open them even when opening app first and going to file menu to open without it crashing.
Try this: Help - Restart in Safe Mode - and check that 2 options from Reset to Factory settings. And apply changes and restart. I hope this helps.
