Update icon is visible

The Object left panel of the UNO Object Inspector does not let user to update inspector.

Step to reproduce:

1) Create a new text document.
  Object inspector shows object tree and the update icon on the top (image 1)
2) Add more paragraphs
  Object inspector shows object tree but update icon is now hidden, the obejct pane is likely hiding it. (image 2)

Expected result: Update icon visible.
