Description: After upgrade to version 7.1.3.2 the function to change borders (AKA frame lines) around cells in a table created in libreoffice writer is no longer working correctly. For details see additional information below. Steps to Reproduce: 1. open a new document in writer 2. create a 9x9 table 3. mark the central 3x3 cells 4. right click in marked area -> context menu opens 5. select table properties from context menu -> "table properties" setting window opens 6. select "borders" tab 7. unselect inner frame lines 8. close "table properties" setting window with ok Actual Results: 1. in the "table properties" setting window's "borders" tab: not all frames lines are shown in the "user-defined" area (check after after "Steps to reproduce 6.") 2. inner frame lines for the whole table are removed (check after after "Steps to reproduce 8.") Expected Results: 1. in the "table properties" setting window's "borders" tab: frame lines displayed in the "user-defined" area should match the actual frame lines of the table in the document 2. only the frame lines deselected and only for the marked cells should get removed (check after after "Steps to reproduce 8.") Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: 1. problem were reproduced on Linux (Kubuntu 18.04) and on Windows 10 2. problem did not exist in previous version (libreoffice 7.1.2.2) 3. first two problems were reproduced on different user acounts and different OS 4. description refers only to the removal of frame lines, however, the problem applies to all related settings including line styles, colour, etc.
