Description:
I can't drag and drop a text or its part inside a slide with layout title and content. The mouse highlights the text only and the selection vanishes when i am beginning the drag 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. to select of the text with mouse
2. to try to drag the selection
3. the selection vanishes

Actual Results:
the text remains the same position

Expected Results:
the text should move into a new position

Thank you for reporting the bug.
it seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
