Description Neil Cadman 2021-06-08 08:57:07 UTC
I have a function used in worksheet cell formulars.
In excel the formular is
   =BankAccountBalance(H10,E9,C9,G9,$H$2)
When opening the same sheet using LibreOffice the formular is
   =BankAccountBalance(E9,C9,G9,$H$2)

This means that the first parameter is lost and the function does not work correctly. It does not complain about a lissing parameter.
The file format is .xlsb as the file is shared between users using Excel and LibreOffice (main editing is done in excel with viewing done in LibreOffice).

Sheet was produced sometime ago but last edited version is Excel 2019.
LibreOffice version is Version: 6.0.0.3 (x64)

This was forced by a Mac OS update killing access to an old Microsoft office trying to force people to buy office 365 for reading a sheet.

WORK AROUND
This only effects binary workbooks. If the Excel is saved as a macro-enabled workbook then it appears to work OK.

Spotted this because was looking at using mac numbers as a work around and noticed that numbers does not support binary worksheet format.
