Description: Defining an AutoText through "Tools -> Autotext" allows to define a "Shortcut:" for the AutoText (second input field within the respective defintion dialog). Using the native English UI dialog, this field is labelled "Shortcut:" and translated to "Tastenkombination" in a German (Germany) UI language. This is misleading to some extend. The term "Tastenkombination" implies, that it is sufficient to press the keys defined and the action will take place. Of course this does not happen here. In fact one needs to type the "shortcut" (intentionally avoiding the term "Tastenkombination" here) followed by key "F3". In that sense the input in that dialog is an "abbreviation" for the AutoText, which should be translated to "Kürzel" in German language, There are places, where the term "Kürzel" is being used correctly in the context of "AutoText". Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set LibreOffice to UI language "German (Germany)" 2. Open a new Writer document 3. Type any text 4. Select the text 5. Go to menu "Tools -> Autotext" 6. Uwe, as you are a regular contributor, and the current German translators don't seem to use Bugzilla much, I'd suggest you creating a Weblate account and report directly on Weblate if you plan to report more German translation bugs in the future.

I'll admit that Weblate's user interface is not newbie friendly. There are still a couple of QA people who regularly triage and forward l10n bugs of all languages, so it's OK to still use Bugzilla, just please understand that it will take longer to resolve these issues. Also feel free to CC me if future German l10n bugs got no response.
