Description:
I am asking for monolingual installers, so that there are smaller installers, e.g. for Polish, istalator in Polish, dictionary and interface language Polish in the installer.


Steps to Reproduce:
smaller file

Actual Results:
installer file too large

This is WontFix. One can't guess what would someone want. 
Installers are not large in flat rate Internet. 
Whoever wants small installer, can build it himself. 
But cannot expect of project a burden to do it for a few users.

But here is a LibreOffice bugzilla. And LibreOffice has a multilanguage installer for Windows by some reasons

My take is bug 103857 (unclear why this is a META ticket) and bug 58989. But the requirement from localization is to have the installer itself localized
