The Drawing toolbar in Writer has two icons called Callouts.
jvf7z and adqze are both called Callouts.
The icon jvf7z has also a pallet, when made floating, called Callouts (emnne)
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Writer
2.Go the the Drawing toolbar
3.Look up the two icons
Both icons are called Callouts
Icons should no have the same name.

If you open the customise dialog, you can see that the first icon has the label "Callout Shapes". So tooltip should also use "Callout Shapes" => I changed bug summary

tdf#142961: Drawing toolbar: Rename dup tooltip "Callout" into "Callout Shapes"
It will be available in 188.8.131.52.beta2.
