Description:
Animated Gifs playback slower in Slideshow mode on Libreoffice Portable than they do in desktop Libreoffice for Windows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Libreoffice Portable
2. Open ODP Presentation
3. Play ODP presentation - animated gifs playback very slowly in slideshow mode compared to desktop. 

Actual Results:
As above. 

Expected Results:
Animated gifs should play at normal playback speed and not a slow speed. 


Reproducible: Always

Open and you will get slow animated gifs in Libreoffice Portable when the slideshow is activated.

Doesn't look like a good report.
1. Sample should be minimal, where issue is easily seen. 
2. Which slide plays slowly?
3. Portable and Desktop shouldn't make a difference, rather some setting, you need to try to find which one, probably in Options-View (Skia or not, HW acc, etc)..
