Doesn't look like a good report. 1. Sample should be minimal, where issue is easily seen. 2. Which slide plays slowly? 3. Portable and Desktop shouldn't make a difference, rather some setting, you need to try to find which one, probably in Options-View (Skia or not, HW acc, etc)..
