Description:
I can reproduce this in Writer and Calc app. (Haven't tried more apps.)
Have installed the latest version of LibreOffice (7.0.6.2)

* printing from other apps (PDF reader) works
* also tried to select "Print to file" in the list of printers -> same problem

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open an empty document (I tried writer and calc)  
2. open the print dialog
3. click the 'properties...' button

Actual Results:
app crashes

Expected Results:
open the properties dialog 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

On your Windows 10 install (19041 so 2004, aka 20H1), are you allowing os to select the printer? Or have you selected a default printer? If so what printer?

Check from Windows start button's PC Settings -> Devices -> Printers and Scanners

Does it also crash with Win-x86_64@tb77-TDF from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html ? It installs separately from your stable version.
