On your Windows 10 install (19041 so 2004, aka 20H1), are you allowing os to select the printer? Or have you selected a default printer? If so what printer? Check from Windows start button's PC Settings -> Devices -> Printers and Scanners

Does it also crash with Win-x86_64@tb77-TDF from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html ? It installs separately from your stable version.
