Description:
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/export-as-images
is a malformed extension (files resident in the extension were mistakenly placed in a folder).

Once installed, it does nothing nor does it appear. Worse, LibreOffice Extensions Manager is unable to uninstall it.

The only cure is very crude, by deleting one's user profile and letting LO create another one.  

Subsequently also waiting on this to make the lack of a multi-page export feature go away forever:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Windows LO
2. Install Export As Images... Extension (link provided in bug description)
3. Observe that the extension does not and will not do anything or does it appear.
4. Attempt to uninstall

Actual Results:
Uninstall fails with a uselessly handled exception (see attached sample file #3).

Expected Results:
All extensions should uninstall all the time without fail.
