Description:
Cut/paste object area for auto-layout makes 'Click to edit the outline text" permanent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Go to sheet 2
3. Enter the autolayout frame with the text "Click to add Text" Notice the text disappearing (fine)
4. Cut the frame
5. Paste the frame
6.  Enter the autolayout frame.. Now the 'Click to add Text' doesn't disappear

Actual Results:
"Click to add Text" doesn't disappear

Expected Results:
Should be the case
