Description:
Empty field gets filled when checking 'Title' in Sidebar Chart properties. And keeps content after unchecking

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a chart
3. Check title in the sidebar
4. Notice that field below gets filled with title
5. Uncheck: field is still filled by grayed out

Actual Results:
Field is empty prior activating and filled after checking

Expected Results:
More predictable - consistent - would be to show the preset 'title' in the tile field.

For my opinion it works how it should. If you uncheck checkbox by a mistake, or for some reason want to remove title and get it back after you don't need to write the title again.

Telesto is filing a lot of bugs. Problem is they are not categorized, just left "normal" when many are trivial or minor. 
This is by no means "normal" bug, trivial at best.

@Dmitrii: steps reproduced doesn't mean that bug should be confirmed with New.
You may leave a comment, like you did with a useful one, but dubious report shouldn't be confirmed easily. 

I don't consider this a bug at all and agree with Dmitrii so I set NotABug.
Since UX is here, it can be changed.
