Description: There is an annoying lag (2 seconds) between selecting a chart type in sidebar and the application in document Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Writer 2. insert a chart 3. Double click it.. so the sidebar gets activated.. 4. Pick something out of the chart list (say pie) -> Notice the delay before application 5. Click a different chart model.. Say donut model.. notice again a lag Actual Results: 2 seconds lag before application in main Expected Results: If there is plenty of data behind the chart, I could think of delay.. but well in this case.. Also in 7.0 the option didn't exist in prior versions.. so 'not' present in Version: 6.4.0.0.beta1+ (x64) Build ID: 20be5cd0bdc57d812bf34a2debfe48caa51de881 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.3 Build 9600; UI render: default; VCL: win; Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); UI-Language: en-US Calc: CL

I tested with all these repositories (from 7.2 to 7.5), and the result is random on LO 7.2, LO 7.2.8, LO 7.3, but I don't understand why. However, for the most part, there is no problem and when there is a latency, it never exceeds 2 seconds. And, I wonder if the problem observed is not related to the graph preview. Indeed, when you want to change the style of the chart, when you click on the choice of the chart style and wait a second before validating with the "ok" button, the chart in the document is updated, as if to show the user what that he becomes. But, if the user clicks "ok" before the chart changes in the document, it may take 1-2 seconds to update it. I am not sure about this hypothesis.
