Description: In Excel straight line data, line attributes include not only style settings and line width settings, but also multiple line display attribute items. Since LibreOffice does not have this function, the straight line that was displayed as a double line in EXCEL is displayed as a single line. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Read the attached file with LibreOffice. 2) The straight line that was displayed as a double line in EXCEL is displayed as a single thick line. Actual Results: Double-line display attribute information is invalid in CALC. Expected Results: It is displayed as a double line. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x86) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: b89ebf135818ccaa45bbfb164099a6e199bd7d11 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: ja-JP (ja_JP); UI: en-US Calc: threaded

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I could reproduce this. xl/drawings/drawing1.xml contains this (after having "beautified" it: 16 <xdr:cxnSp macro=""> 17 <xdr:nvCxnSpPr> 18 <xdr:cNvPr id="3" name="直線コネクタ 2" /> 19 <xdr:cNvCxnSpPr /> 20 </xdr:nvCxnSpPr> 21 <xdr:spPr> 22 <a:xfrm> 23 <a:off x="822960" y="830580" /> 24 <a:ext cx="5379720" cy="2247900" /> 25 </a:xfrm> 26 <a:prstGeom prst="line"> 27 <a:avLst /> 28 </a:prstGeom> 29 <a:ln w="50800" cmpd="dbl" /> 30 </xdr:spPr> Regina: any thoughts here? I mean, we indeed can't do it even when trying modifying line once the file is opened. So perhaps not even in odf specs and completely exclusive to Excel?
(In reply to Julien Nabet from comment #4) > Regina: any thoughts here? The relevant ODF attribute is draw:stroke and that has only "none", "dash" and "solid". The double-lines which you notice on table cells are fo:border in ODF, and fo:border can have more line styles. It is formally possible to use fo:border instead of draw:stroke or in addition to it. Writer frames use fo:border. I think, it would be a large effort to support it for shapes too. Similar request is in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124186.
This is pretty similar to bug 127389, but let's keep this open for xlsx-specific bits (if any... but probably there would be).
Dear qve00761, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://web.libera.chat/?settings=#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone!
