Description: Mail. Merge has until recently worked perfectly, now I get a page of duplicates for each individual label. Followed the instructions step by step several times to be sure. Running a Mac Pro with OS 14.1.2. Have just installed LibreOffice on a new laptop with Windows 10 and get the same result. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Register a data source 2.Create a label 3.Print using Mail Merge Actual Results: Sheets of duplicate labels produced. So 44 pages of labels instead of 44 individual labels. Expected Results: Should have created 44 individual labels on 8 pages Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 7.0.1.2 Build ID: 7cbcfc562f6eb6708b5ff7d7397325de9e764452 CPU threads: 8; OS: Mac OS X 10.14.6; UI render: default; VCL: osx Locale: en-NZ (en_NZ.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threadedSame result with version 7.1.5.2 on Windows 10
Have just changed Mac OS to 11.5.2 and LibreOffice to 7.2.04. Still get the same result.
I don't reproduce this, it works OK for me with current git master when selecting a label type that puts several labels onto one sheet. Example steps: 1) in menu, select "File" -> "New" -> "Labels" 2) select * database: Bibliography * Table: biblio * Database Field: Year * Brand: Avery Zweckform * Type: 5141 Computer-Etikett 3) press "Insert" (button with left arrow) to insert that field 4) select "New Document" 5) print (Ctrl+P) and select to print a form letter, print to PDF printer With this type, 3 labels are put onto one sheet (as expected). Have you used a label type that puts multiple labels onto one sheet? What happens if you take exactly those steps as well?
