It's a general phrase for all modules for Selection option in PDF Export dialog. There is no difference in this case between Writer, Calc and Impress.

Indeed the "Selection" option behaves differently for each LO application.

One possible solution would be to add a <switch select="appl"> entry describing the specifics of each application.

For example: "In Impress this option exports the whole slide containing the selected objects."

I would like to get rid of conditional rendering in Help because it would allow us to ditch all the URL parameters. So better to write everything out.
