Created attachment 174635 [details] Example file from Writer Attached change tracked document contains two OLE objects, one of them is a PDF inserted as icon, the other is an XLSX inserted as embedded contents. When these are deleted, there is no tracked change recorded. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open attached document 2. Select any of the two OLE documents 3. Press Delete Actual results: The OLE objects are deleted but no tracked change is recorded. Expected results: A change tracking entry should be created so the deletion can be rejected.
