Description:
Custom numbering: numerical list: 1; 1.1; 1.1.1 etc. First number is not displayed. Images are displayed properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select numbering outline etc.

Actual Results:
First number is not printed on the screen:

1. (centred - not displayed)

1.1 (left hand side - displayed)

Expected Results:
First number is not printed on the screen:

1. (centred - displayed)

1.1 (left hand side - displayed)
