Description:
DOCX: Changing anchor from 'As character' to 'To character' causes frame selection area being off

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Change anchor of figure one to 'to character'

Actual Results:
Notice the selection frame being at the wrong spot; everything function OK.. it does function fine.. it's only the visual feedback

Expected Results:
Well the selection area should move too


Reproducible: Always

Note the moving to the left isn't in 7.0 branch. So maybe the selection frame being good, but position off?
