Description:
Remotely saving a document blocked LIBREOFFICE and did not save it. He won't let me recover the file either. It was an important document.

Actual Results:
After restarting the application and the PC, it still has no results

Expected Results:
Recover the file, but it won't let me, I get a recovery failure


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
I get the file in recent files but I can't open it

If you have enabled Menu/Tools/Options/Load&Save/General - Save - Always create a backup copy, maybe there is an opportunity to find out something, search in Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Path, the path for Backup, backup file should have the extension '.bak'

Sorry to wrote this, and with regret for that problem but:
BZ is for bugs that are reproducible with steos, that you don't report. 
You have a problem but BZ is not for help (although you got the advice), help can be sought in ask.libreoffice.org. 
I close. Unless you have reproducible steps.
