Screenshot of menu rendering discrepancies with native Win32 app

Menu rendering in LO is unfaithful to other Win32/MSStyles-API apps, like File Explorer or eudcedit.exe. Most crucially, text on hovered items lacks contrast.

Since filing this bug, newer Insider builds have been released that feature a light gray highlight, which hides this bug. Let’s close as NOTOURBUG until Microsoft settles on something.
