While the new tracking for all the categories can be extremely helpful in certain situations, when documents use several of these different categories, it is very distracting to have the navigator jumping back and forth. Tracking can now be enabled/disabled for the outlines, tables, and sections, but each of the other categories also need their own persistent tracking toggle.
Providing toggle tracking for each category should also provide a solution for bug 144999, except not as a single button.
