Description:
Opening any libreoffice app after installing LibreOffice 7.1.6 got an eror:

The exception Illegal Instruction
An attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction.
 (0xc000001d) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FF8A22AB9C0.

No problems opening apps with LibreOffice Version 7.2.2.
Something specific with current PC. Same error after PC reinstall. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install LibreOffice 7.1.6
2. Open any LibreOffice app (example LibreOffice)

Actual Results:
Application pop-up: soffice.bin - Application Error : The exception Illegal Instruction
An attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction.
 (0xc000001d) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FF8A22AB9C0.

Click on OK to terminate the program

Expected Results:
LibreOffice app opened


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
 + OS: Windows 10 Pro (Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1288))
 + MB: Asus Z170-A; CPU: Pentium G4400; NVMe; GPU: GTX750ti
 + Tested RAM with Memtest and it was all good. 
 + Verified SSD SMART and it was all good.
 + Tested CPU and it was good.
