Please provide sample document. Also test of this is related to RTL/Arabic numbers or it also happens with Latin numbers. Is this the same as bug 50202?

Created attachment 180214 [details] screenshot as tested I don't see what wrong. Is wrong what I marked as NOK in this screenshot? If so, I don't reproduce, and I marked OK? So this may be a problem of you using Arabic user interface LO and me English UI LO. You attached a sample ODT, thanks. If you can, please rework it to write in ti "This is not OK because this text should fit..be vertical..." whatever just to be clear. Just in case, please test with renamed user profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile

Comment on attachment 180299 [details] see bug in new profile Hi in non RTL interface this bug smaller bug only see in Vertical text (ctl) bottom to top if write non English text(characters). thanks
I'll confirm New: Bottom to top Text Orientation in cell hides part of Arabic content. Same content is seen if Top to bottom or not rotated.
Not specific to just Arabic... I see it with Hebrew as well.
