Description Ron 2021-10-24 03:47:28 UTC
We are used to updating a chart in Excel by dragging the data selection handle when a new line of data is added. Libre's method is painfully tedious, slow and error-prone. Why can't you do it like Excel does?

We are used to updating a chart in Excel by dragging the data selection handle when a new line of data is added. Libre's current method is painfully tedious, slow and error-prone.
When a chart is double-clicked and shows a selection box around the previous data cells, dragging the corners of the selection box to cover the new cells should update the chart without further effort or confusion. Since this is how Excel works, we know it can be done. Please do it.
