I collected a number of bugs at (meta) bug 145378 which are all recently introduced an related/connected to welding of the annotation window. Most of them are likely illustrating the same problem from different perspectives. However this will be clear in hindsight (after a fix is committed)
The fix for bug#144686 apparently solves this too so lets call it a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 144686 ***
