Description:
Can't resize table height in some specific situation, maybe overflow.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a table into presentation
2. Increase height of table
3. Drag whole table down over presentation page border
4. Right click table and click "Position and Size"
5. Set "Position Y" to a huge negtive number
6. Type many words in cells to make table size over page size
7. Delete all of contents but not table itself
8. Try to set height to a size less than page height

Actual Results:
Can not resize table height to less than page height

Expected Results:
Height of table is fit to set number

Steps to Reproduce:-

1. Open Libreoffice impress 
2. insert table like(5*5)
3. Right click on table
4. Click Position and size
5. To change "Position y" value in negative number(big). then set ok.
6. Then type some few words in the cells.
7. After delete the words from the cell. Do not delete the whole table.
8. Then Adjust the table height 

Actual result:-
     Its working fine.

Expected Result:-
     Height of table is fit to set number

Some table-related fixes were made recently.

Can you try again using the daily builds of LibO 7.5 ?
