Description JJCrepinge 2022-02-27 09:25:49 UTC
J’ouvre l’application Calc (j’utilise LibreOffice Version 7.1.8.1 (x64))…

Hello,

I open the Calc application (I'm using LibreOffice Version 7.1.8.1 (x64))…
I click on a cell of Sheet1 (for example G10)…

I add a second sheet...
I click on a cell of Sheet2 (for example C7)…

I go back to Sheet1, the focus (rectangle around the cell) is displayed normally on G10…
I go back to Sheet2, the focus is normally displayed on C7…
I can start again, everything is normal…

Now, I stop on Sheet2, and fix rows and columns (on C7 for example)…
When I go back to Sheet1, the focus is no longer displayed around G10...
I see that the cell is active, because the header of column G and the header of row 10 are blue...
And if I slightly turn the mouse wheel, or move the scroll bar, the focus is immediately displayed on G10...

How to avoid this lack of focus when changing sheets when a sheet has fixed rows and columns?…

Thank you in advance…

Reproducible if in Sheet1 the cell is in D, and in Sheet2 the cell that freezes is in C (to the left).

No reproducible if in Sheet1 the cell is in C, and in Sheet2 the cell that freezes also is in C (same column).

No reproducible if in Sheet1 the cell is in C, and in Sheet2 the cell that freezes is in D (to the right).

It seems that row numbers do not interferes here.

This may be loosely related to the fact that a selection made by user code in Basic running in the IDE is not correctly highlighted when returning from the Basic IDE: Only the headers are.

The behaviour described in the original (English) report is not found in LibO Calc V 7.5.3.2 under vWin 10.
The focus frame is shown, and actual selection isn't preserved for deactivated sheets anyway.
