Description:
Trying to insert image in LibreOffice Calc cause images are not inserted correctly . They are ancored on top on can't be moved or anchored outside work area.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag an image inside Calc or insert with "Insert->Image" Menu
2. Try to move the image or set its property like position or size
3. Nothing happens or it's done bad

Actual Results:
Image can't be moved or moved just along top work area (first row)

Expected Results:
The Images must can be placed in all cells of sheet

An additional step to reproduce the bug: it depends by rows and columns size, so if it not happens try to resize rows and columns to highest value.
Rows and columns size to reproduce the bug are linked to image size.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Libreoffice calc
2. drag image to insert or insert--> image 
3. Move the image by cursor
4. move the image by position x and position Y

Actual Result:

Inserted image moved to exact position.

Expected Result:
Inserted image move by position x and position y

No problem here. Please attach an example document where the image can't be moved.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document.
