This is not a duplicate. WORD.docx has always imported as subscript - bibisected back to 3.0. But from what I can see, it OUGHT to be subscript. The default paragraph style has <w:vertAlign w:val="subscript"/>, and no w:position to counter-act it. Even my MS Word 2010 indicates that subscript is on (although the normal style doesn't indicate that - just the toolbar's subscript button). I'm guessing the provided file is the result of a round-trip in LO, and not the original document that supposedly worked in LO 6.3.
