hay un error que hace que las dialogos o barras se salgan de la pantalla y no se vean completas

Actual Results:
error de interfaz

que se vea completo

Could you give a try to last LO version 7.3.2 + try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ?

Sorry I don't understand what's the pb here, there's nothing lacking in the screenshot.
Moreover, if there's not enough space, it's expected that everything can't be displayed.
Certainly someone will understand and help you.

Examples: other programs if they bring to move between the dialogs: Google docs, Gimp.
Libreoffice 7.+... does not bring movement between dialogs.
can't go up or down.

What I mean is that libreoffice doesn't have scroll bars in the menus, and it doesn't adapt to small screens.
Removed scrollbars in version 7.+
