Description:
As the summary said. Having a "Title Sorting" feature for Writer is quite convenient for some use. E.g. editing a dictionary, a table of substantial objects with descriptions for each (but not in Calc or Base).

Steps to Reproduce:
(Why need this for a NEW FEATURE...to show how it works?)

Titles and their contents below move with no mistake.

Thank you for reporting that issue. But your proposal is not clear to me.

First, I admit, you're talking about headings and not about tiles, correct (normally every document has one title, so sorting is not necessary)

So you use case might be, that ypu have different level 1 headings, for example
Dave
Barbara
Martin
Alexander
Christine

and you want to sort them alphabetically, correct?

If you hwant to sort level 2 headings, there might be the question, if you only want to sort them within the actual level 1 heading or within all level 1 headings (with a new alhabetical order within every level 1 heading).

Does this describe your idea?

I think, this idea is covered by bug 104255.
