Description:
Crash swlo!SwNodeIndex::SwNodeIndex+0x83:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Place cursor in bottom row of the table
3. Press delete row until the table being deleted
4. Press and hold undo (CTRL+Z)

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash


Reproducible: Always
