Created attachment 179812 [details] Demonstration of unsuitable line break Open attached document. The first slide contains the SmartArt-object, the third slide contains a screenshot, the second slide contains the SmartArt-object with the screenshot behind it. Notice, that the text lines in the boxes break different than in PowerPoint. The text boxes have left, top and bottom padding doubled of the value it should be. The right padding is correct. I guess that the too large padding reduces the usable line width and leads to different line breaks. But I wonder, why there is a line break inside a word at all. "Autofit text" should reduce the rendered font size so that there is no break in 'Central' and 'longterm'.
This is an important compatibility issues. I think this issue is quite old. I am setting the version to LO 6.4. As far as I remember, I had similar issues also with the custom shapes, and not only SmartArt objects. Reproducible in 7.4 master for Windows and Linux: Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 83d0f2eebae41d431d9a5bfd1a918523977752d0 CPU threads: 32; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_DE); UI: en-US Calc: threaded Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community Build ID: baa6531bf272265a31aed4ce54ffc6ef00e3a514 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded Also reproducible in 7.2 Version: 7.2.4.1 (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 27d75539669ac387bb498e35313b970b7fe9c4f9 CPU threads: 32; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_DE); UI: en-US Calc: threaded Also reproducible in 6.4: Version: 6.4.0.1 Build ID: 1b6477b31f0334bd8620a96f0aeeb449b587be9f CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded
