File Dialog outside of screen

Hi

I have a multi-monitor setup. One vertical on the left (external), one horizontal (laptop's internal) on the right. 2 different resolutions.

Using i3 as a VM with default having new windows taking all available space (tabbed mode).

Almost everytime I open a (File) dialog, it appears centered /on one border/, thus having one half of the dialog that cannot be seen. Most generally it is placed right in the middle of the 2 screens, but sometimes on the right of the right screen or the left of the left screen :{

It makes it unusable.

If I move the dialog to the middle of the screen, then it works for some time (even if I close LLo and reopen it on the other screen), but from time to time, it ends up again outside the screen.

For the moment I couldn't find the exact action that makes it fail again.
