Description: The dialog for filters keeps expanding to the right and does not stop. Looks like a failure in the animation. Steps to Reproduce: 1.In the attached XLSX document, go to Data Tab, then select the "Auto Filter". 2. When Filters applied to all columns, pick any column 3.The filter dialog is not usable as it keeps expanding to the right! Actual Results: The dialog keeps expanding to the right. Expected Results: The dialog should not expand. Or if this is an animation, it should stop at a good size relative to the window size. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: I use: - 5.17.8-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon, 16 May 2022 20:45:27 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux - EndeavourOS based on Arch Linux - I tried that with Wayland and Xorg and still the same issue

I cannot reproduce this bug using "gtk3" in LO 7.3. What version of LibreOffice are you using? Also, try changing your Gtk theme to see if it impacts this behavior. I figured out the issue. When I use the GNOME GTK Theme: Graphite GTK Theme Which is available here: https://github.com/vinceliuice/Graphite-gtk-theme Very weird!! I changed the theme and issue is not longer happening! Try installing the theme and try. Also, good to know I am having GNOME 42.1 I hope the above helps.
Just to let you know, I already raised this issue as well with the developer for the Graphite theme as well. https://github.com/vinceliuice/Graphite-gtk-theme/issues/68 In case can help.
Fixed from the theme developer. Yet, do you need to keep this control in the hands of any Theme developer?! I am closing this bug anyways. Thank you
oh cool, this got fixed on the theme side.
Hi Khaldoun, glad to hear that it was fixed by the theme developer. Since there wasn't a patch from our side to fix this problem, I'm marking it as RESOLVED - NOTOURBUG.
