Description:
I have a document with endnotes, also headers and footers with page numbers and count.
The endnotes are kept to a separate page which is not always convenient.
The endnotes page has no header nor footer, thus no paghe number. Thus it is not clear that the endnotes are with the document once printed. OK for me who prints it but not necessarily for a user. Thereseems to be no way to edit a header and footer into the endnote page.
In one document the page count excluded the endnotes page yet in another it was included.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a document with header and footer. The footer to contain fields for page numbering : x of n.
2.Write s ome text and make an endnote - this will create a new page for the endnote
3. Check the page count - the 'n' above

Expected Results:
I would like the header and footer on all pages including the endnotes page.
I would also like the endontes not to be a seperate page unless I choose.
