Should read:

Generally, in every such place, I would expect to see a link to relevant page like https://help.libreoffice.org/7.3/en-US/text/scalc/01/05070000.html?DbPAR=CALC; having such links could help synchronizing the wording, *if* such links would get the text from the target page.
