Both the commands "Insert Rows" and "Insert Columns" are missing icons for the Colibre theme.

We can assume that these icons will copy the design associated with the commands "Delete Rows" and "Delete Columns" by replacing the red cross with a green plus sign.

I guess this design choice is related to #124649: "Menubar: Show icons for the most important items". I therefore close this report because of its lack of relevance.
