Description:
there is a bug in LibreOffice Calc 7.3.3.2, Windows 10.

Steps to reproduce:

- Open a new Calc spreadsheet

Expected:

- Blank Spreadsheet

Actual, Wrong:

- Error Message about a master password in an outdated format. (I never set up any master format and do not need it. It iss a new blank file.) 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new Calc spreadsheet 

(Windows 10: Press Windows key and type "Calc", Press enter after "LibreOffice Calc is visible)

Actual Results:
Red Banner Error Message about a master password in an outdated format. (I never set up any master format and do not need it. It iss a new blank file.) 

Shown: (X) logo and message "The master password is stored in an outdated format, you should refresh it" and a Button "Refresh Password" 

Expected Results:
New Blank Spreadsheet (without red error message)

User Profile Reset: No

Updating to LibreOffice 7.3.4.2 (chocolatey "libreoffice-fresh" branch) does not solve the issue.
