Description:
All windows open to the size of the last opened window.
Suggestion: Make"Window size" a property of the document so the file will open the size last saved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a second window, second, third, etc.

Explained above

Expected Results:
Files open the size of the last opened document


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Files should open to the size last saved.
