Description:
Qr-Codes and Barcodes inserted in a Writer document become so distorted as to be unreadable, when the document is converted into MS DOC or DOCX format.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a New Writer document.
2. Insert a QR-Code using default values [any URL will suffice]
3. Insert a Barcode using default values [any URL will suffice]
4. Save a copy of document as either Word 2007-365 (*.docx), or Word 97-2003 (*.doc).
5. Open saved copy in Writer. 



Actual Results:
The opened .docx or .doc file will exhibit a QR-Code and a Barcode so distorted as to be useless.

Expected Results:
A properly readable QR-Code and a Barcode.
