Find/ replace with option "regular exepression", '$' in search field : erroneous result "search string not found".

Can not  confirm. The "$" Find entry used with 'Regular Expressions" option checked identifies each Paragraph object. While the "\n" Find entry regex identifies each <Shift>+<Enter> "line break" present in a paragraph or other object.
