On non-Windows, there is an Email section under Internet Options [1]. The dialog needs a notice that the server may be left empty, in which case it will attempt to detect client automatically, to not create an impression that the field is required. There is a code [2] that uses xdg-email, etc. to be smart in finding mail client :) Possibly documentation (help, Getting Started Guide [3]) should mention that as well. I agree that adding that notice would clarify things. Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha1+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 1fd42472e2b1a2169d56e62ef11aa7ee1f7815e7 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
